infoWERK is planning its next Tele-trainer workshop in September 2009 at its facility in Zirl, Austria. The workshop is organized for instructors who are already using computer-based training systems within their training facility with the goal to teach them how to coach, guide and assist their e-learning students during the learning process.
The workshop provides both theoretical knowledge as well as practical training. During the two-day seminar (1st day: classroom training, 2nd day: online training) instructors learn how to guide their e-students pro-actively, motivate them by taking effective counter-measures, evaluate their learning success and operate a Learning Management System effectively.
