As another new customer infoWERK is pleased to add Viking Airlines to its reference list. This privately owned charter airline established in 2003 operates charter flights for European tour operators from its head office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Its training department now treats Human Factors and Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) issues using infoWERK´s web-based products. By expanding their portfolio of web-based courses, infoWERK continues to meet its customer´s needs for cost-effective solutions in these challenging economic times.

The Human Factors Training, universally required for aviation maintenance personnel, is designed to reduce aviation incidents and accidents resulting from human errors. The Fuel Tank Safety Course used as Familiarization (Level 1) or Detailed Training (Level 2) teaches the attendants typical terms, the basic elements of the fuel tank safety issues or how to be able to give simple description of the historical background and elements requiring a safety consideration.

All these training products are new generation computer-based courseware integrating new generation technology graphics, 2D digital images and virtual reality to provide a realistic and accurate portrayal of the environment in which the trainee will have to perform.
