On November 27/28 2008 Link & Learn Aviation Training hosted the 4th Authority Meeting at the company’s premises in Zirl, Austria. Representatives of the Austrian, German and Swiss civil aviation authorities attended the conference together with Link & Learn training partners, Aero Bildung, Austrian, infoWERK and SVFB.

Topic of the meeting was the integration of the multi media based training (MBT) within the existing EASA regulations for basic – and type training. Student, as well as instructor and training organisation feed back was discussed based on Link & Learn’s recently celebrated 5 years of multimedia based learning in aviation training. Authorities and training providers agreed on a roadmap for further development of MBT concepts and conditions. A follow-up meeting was scheduled for June 2009.
