Condor has chosen infoWERK's Dispatch Recurrent Training to improve the individual training needs and to meet IOSA requirements in that field. The required training topics will be reviewed over a three years cycle.

infoWERK's Dispatch (Flight Operations Officer) Recurrent Training enables the user to review the relevant training content self-paced and on his demand. The documentation of the training is ensured through infoWERK's Learning Management System, which allows implementing company specific information.

The training includes topics such as:

• Civil air law and regulations
• Aircraft performance
• Navigation including special navigation like RVSM
• Meteorology, including flight into icing and hazardous weather conditions
• Mass and balance control
• Transport of dangerous goods by air
• De-icing/anti-icing procedures and
• Human factors
