Condor has chosen infoWERK's Dispatch Recurrent Training to improve the individual training needs and to meet IOSA requirements in that field. The required training topics will be reviewed over a three years cycle.
infoWERK's Dispatch (Flight Operations Officer) Recurrent Training enables the user to review the relevant training content self-paced and on his demand. The documentation of the training is ensured through infoWERK's Learning Management System, which allows implementing company specific information.
The training includes topics such as:
- Civil air law and regulations
- Aircraft performance
- Navigation including special navigation like RVSM
- Meteorology, including flight into icing and hazardous weather conditions
- Mass and balance control
- Transport of dangerous goods by air
- De-icing/anti-icing procedures and
- Human factors
Condor is Germany's largest holiday airline with base in Frankfurt. It is partly owned by Lufthansa. While the vast majority of their business lies in traditional worldwide charter flights, they also have a small operation offering regular discounted flights to European cities.
