infoWERK is pleased to announce the delivery of multimedia-based, web-based Human Factors Training to SR Technics Switzerland. Human Factors Training, universally required for aviation maintenance personnel, is designed to reduce aviation incidents and accidents resulting from human errors. The training course meets all Part-66 requirements and Part 145 guidelines for Human Factors Continuation Training.
The training is designed to AICC and SCORM standards and combines rich multi-media graphics with limited use of text, audio narration and a high degree of interactive elements.
This training was developed with SR Technics also in a German version which is now available for all other Part 145 organizations.
SR Technics students will conduct the training via their new e-learning platform, the infoWERK Learning Management System.
