| infoWERK announces that it has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with TMC Aviation Pty Ltd., an Australian company with a background in commercial aviation business and training, for the purposes of marketing and sales of infoWERK multimedia training products in Australia, New Zealand, Far East Asia and South East Asia.
Both infoWERK and TMC Aviation have agreed upon a joint marketing concept in which the responsibilities have been clearly distributed: infoWERK provides the products and the technical know-how, TMC Aviation provides sales and service and will support infoWERK in management and assistance matters relevant to the transactions with new customers.
