| Due to the growing globalisation enterprises are increasing their demand for training programs provided for trainees using different languages. Especially for larger companies, multilingualism is an important factor, since their employees may be all over the world and may speak different languages. The trainings, however, require the same quality.
infoWERK has already produced several multilingual projects in the past, among them a project for Swarovski where the user can choose from 7 different languages. Another project was the recently developed web-based Ice and Rain Protection Training for Wideroe in Norwegian language.
 The new current project is a Spanisch version of the web-based Human Factors Training for Lufthansa Technical Training. This development was specifically demanded by LanChile, LTT’s Training Center in Santiago de Chile.
An Englisch and German version of the training are already in use; the conversion into Spanisch will be carried out in all elements of the training, i.e. audio, animation, text presentation and interactivity. Like the Englisch and German version the software will be used both for Basic Human Factors as well as Continuation Training.
