On December 10th, 2004 infoWERK held its first Tele-Tutor workshop at its facility in Zirl, Austria. The workshop was organized for instructors who are already using computer-based training systems within their training facility with the goal to teach them how to coach, guide and assist their e-learning students during the learning process.

The workshop provided both theoretical knowledge as well as practical training. During the one-day seminar instructors learned how to guide their e-students pro-actively, motivate them by taking effective counter-measures, evaluate their learning success and operate a Learning Management System effectively.
