| infoWERK has been subcontracted by benntec Systemtechnik for the development of their computer-based TIGER helicopter training for pilots. The courseware includes up to 500 hours of interactive and individual training for the German attack helicopter KHS and the French support helicopter HAP and is created parallel to the development of the original helicopter and the setup of the German-French Training Center in Le Luc, Southern France.
The courseware itself is modular and embedded into a course management system. With the aid of this system the different modules can be arranged by the instructor to build up new courseware lessons tailored for special training needs.
Benntec Systemtechnik with more than 90 employees operates in four different product areas: Image processing systems, Video technology, Software services and eLearning & Multimedia. In the field of eLearning & Multimedia the company produces computer- and web-based training systems but also additional applications such as 3D-Graphics and –animations or Virtual Reality for aviation, navy and nautics, and other areas of industry.
