infoWERK, in partnership with Lufthansa Technical Training, has developed a

Dr. Bill Johnson, Regional Director of Technical Training for Lufthansa, is
director of the project.
According to Dr. Johnson, “Blended training is a combination of instructional
to achieve high value, efficient, and effective technical training”.
The web-based portion of the training also allows mobile self-paced learning,
and cost-saving opportunities.
The software developed by infoWERK is designed with a consistent and modern
graphical appearance with
high visual impact and meets all JAR-66 requirements and JAR 145 guidelines
for Human Factors Continuation Training.
“I was very fortunate in having selected the right team of developers
at infoWERK”, says Dr. Johnson.
The HF training program is complete and fully operational. An English-language
demonstration of the Human Factors WBT, as well as a list of FAQs is available
